I can't STAND AS Supremacists... Thankfully, the few I did know I no longer talk too.
I've read a few of Cracked.com's article and tbh, I find the site kind of funny, and tbh, I do think it makes a fair point. There are quite a lot of people who think they're superior 'cause they have AS, and in no way am I saying it's the majority, but I think someone needed to make a point about it. It's like saying an article ranting on about racists is saying all white people are racists. At no point in the article did it deny the existence of AS, and several times reassured the reader that AS is a real disorder.
I think the whole NT versus AS thing is just stupid. We both excel in different areas and both do terrible in others- in the end of the day when spread out we're all the same.

EDIT: I do however find the articles image of someone with Asperger's rather offensive though...

Funnily enough, as I have mentioned elsewhere, on another site members have been enthusiastically taking the Aspie Quiz. Most are neurotypical, some are Aspie but at least two have charts that cover both sides of the diagram (they've been nicknamed 'peanuts' after the distinctive shape that the lines make! ).

There is no dividing line. No 'us-and-them' which is, I think, the point that this site has been trying to make all along.

But modern technology provides numerous solutions, you know...
Like typing with tentacles became quite popular amongst jellyfish after the keyboards were water-resistant. Before that there where lots of accidents with underwater-creatures trying to use computers.
But since the regular eye-controlled screen was converted to an underwater smell- and sound-controlled device, all kinds of barriers decreased...
