Yes, the mri has a no metal rule. I had to change into medical greens because my bra had a metal clasp!

not a problem, I dont often wear one due to shoulder pain!
I will need to get hold of some plastic piercing keepers tho as I'd hate to repeat the pain from having the last lot

It'd be nice to meet. I can meet you at the uni if you'd like and we can have lunch there (Felix will pay!) and also I'm happy to help you with any reading / writing (although there isn't really very much) as being dyslexic myself I know it can be helpful to have someone on standby for these tasks!

right important ( to me) questions
is there a place I can park in the shade, I may want to bring dog with me and I dont want him to cook.
do you know if there are any nearby truck stops or other places I can park overnight, I'm thinking I may well drive down on the sunday afternoon and make a bit of a trip of it. I'm ok for food and stuff just want somewhere to park, I'm not bothered if theres no loo as long as theres a decent hedge or trees I can go behind!
if I pm you my email can you send me a pic so I know who I'm looking for and if poss a pic or two of where I've got to go to get in off the road

Parking in the shade should be fine. There is parking at the uni and this time of year there are lots of parking spaces, so you shouldn't have any difficulty claiming a shady spot.

Truck stops - not so sure about that one.

You're welcome to stay over at mine but I appreciate you might be uncomfortable with that as we've never met in person!

I'll have a think about truck stop type place, but failing that you could park near me and use my loo if that would help and you didn't feel comfortable staying.

But I'll ask around and find out about truck stops - there's probably somewhere but I just can't think off the top of my head.

Would be great if we can exchange email address via PM. I can sent you a pic of me so you know what I look like, and map of the uni.

Yes - sorry for the delay. Work have been taking the you-know-what so I've been insanely busy (I've had 2 nights this week where I only got 4 hours sleep because I had so much work to do! Aaarrgh)
